What we really think about Kulula.com

Johannesburg - Kulula.com has done it again.

It's provided a memorable flight, reached out to passengers who are celebrating something and given us just what we want -- to get to our destination.

It should come as no surprise then, that the low-cost South African airline has emerged at the top of South African Customer Satisfaction Index (SAcsi). 

Kulula.com won with a score of 71.5 out of 100. But, what the local brand did internationally is even better. According to MICEBTN, Kulula.com beat industry averages in both the USA and UK, who received a score of 69 and 70 percent respectively.

The magazine quoted Professor Adré Schreuder, who is the founder of SAcsi as saying: "What differentiates Kulula from the rest is the attitude and behaviour of its cabin crew. The general consensus is that the crew make flying a fun experience."
